Strange question I know but I didn’t know their are some people who don’t because they believe the fluoride is a poison that is meant to calcify the brain and cause other health problems. A conspiracy.


So if you don’t, then what do you do to clean your teeth and prevent tooth decay?

Personally i use very little toothpaste when i brush, spit it out after & also rinse with water after to remove even more of the toothpaste.

Brush your teeth. Don't eat it. And remember....you must do it for at least 2 minutes before the fluoride is actvated. Who the fuck brushes for less than 2 minutes? I don't know but apparently people do

Some things are necessary.

Brush your teeth 2-3 times a day

Shower at least every other day

Pay your bills

Wipe your ass

Eat, drink water or at least something close to it

Wash your clothes

Really basic stuff

My father a WW2 veteran would tell me stories about brushing his teeth with hand soap.

You do whatever is needed

You can't take a shower if hiking mountains in Colorado for 3 days, so you don't

Yes....use nothing else than the Crest w/scope and rinse with Listerine peppermint afterwards every time. Can't stand a shitty mouth...and I give my tongue a good brush as well for 20-30 seconds
